Before and after School Care

BEFORE SCHOOL CARE CLUB 7:55am - 8:15am

The Club opens at 7:55am and is available for a fee of £1.00 per session per child. Families with 3 or more primary children will receive a discount. The Club needs to be booked and paid for through ‘School Gateway’. Through booking a before school session, the pupils will be automatically registered for free breakfast.    

FREE BREAKFAST CLUB 8:15am - 8:25am

The free Breakfast Club opens at 8:15am. Entrance to the Breakfast Club will not be permitted after 8:25am.

ARRIVING SCHOOL

Each child who doesn’t attend the breakfast club should arrive on school grounds after 8:35am. Teaching staff who are responsible for your child will be on-site from 8:35am.

HOME TIME

An adult must pick up each child between Nursery and year 2. Please get in touch and let us know if there’s a change in your normal routine.  

If there is a familial or marriage breakdown, contact the school to discuss any changes to picking up your child from school.

A child will not be permitted to leave school early without a valid reason or an adult collecting him/her from school.

PARKING SAFETY

We would like to remind you that parents should not park on the yellow 'zig-zag' lines outside the school. We would appreciate if parents could walk their children up Ffordd Capel Coch and Ffordd Tŷ-Du for the safety of the children. Remember parking is permitted at the Heights Hotel and Plas Coch.
